Peter Manda is an agribusiness professional with over 30 years of experience contributing value-chain expertise to development programmes in Zambia, including 25 years in agribusiness production and marketing. He has led donor relationships, carried out market analyses, developed value chains, built business linkages and supported trade facilitation. He holds an MSc in Agronomy.
Evans Bwembya is a monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning and reporting specialist with over eight years of experience in data management, analysis and reporting. He designs data-collection tools, analyses results and has worked on community mobilisation and gender-inclusion programmes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science and Development Studies from the University of Zambia.
Mukonde Siafunda is an expert in building the capacity of smallholder farmers and agribusiness SMEs, with four decades in public- and private-sector agriculture. As Programs Director she has led projects that grow farmers and agribusiness through entrepreneurship, mentoring and market linkages, and has trained farmer groups, especially women, in climate-smart practices, savings groups and nutrition. She holds an MBA and a BA in Development Studies.
